Job Description Job Description As a Product Owner on the payments and telehealth solutions for mental and behavior health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions that empower mental and behavioral health professionals. You’ll manage product backlogs, define user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to deliver features that drive measurable business value. This position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy while ensuring efficient delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder priorities. Define clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Prioritize backlog items to maximize business impact and customer value. Partner with stakeholders to balance competing requirements and achieve consensus. Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as the product owner. Validate delivered features to confirm they meet defined requirements. Recommend improvements to team practices and product development processes. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery. Strong proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. 2+ years of experience managing backlogs using agile tools. Ability to manage competing priorities and influence decision-making. Skills in critical thinking, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and agile delivery. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across product, business, and technical teams.
