Job Description Job Description The Data Delivery Specialist II supports backend clearinghouse operations by managing payer file transfers, reviewing EDI transactions, and troubleshooting failed uploads. This role works with moderate supervision and growing independence to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payer data while maintaining compliance and quality standards. What You'll Do Move payer and EDI files across backend directories that are not automated. Review and troubleshoot payer files that fail to upload successfully. Communicate with payers to resolve missing ERA files and other data delivery concerns. Document issues and resolutions to support process improvements. Escalate complex technical problems to senior specialists when needed. Ensure compliance and data quality standards in all file management activities. Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent data flow across the clearinghouse. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of experience in data entry, operations, or related support roles. Familiarity with EDI transactions and healthcare data delivery processes. Ability to troubleshoot file issues with growing independence. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented approach and commitment to consistency.
