HONESTY, RELIABILITY, COLLABORATION, CURIOSITY, PASSION What You Will Do: As a Senior Manager, Organization Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic learning and development initiatives that close critical skills gaps, enhance workforce readiness, and build a future-ready organization. You will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs for associates at various levels, collaborate with business leaders and internal stakeholders, and oversee the professional development of a diverse talent pool. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering a culture of learning, leveraging data and AI-driven insights to inform strategies, and aligning talent development with organizational goals. You will champion the integration of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into learning solutions, ensuring our workforce is equipped for the future. Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement organization development strategies that align with the company's and business unit’s objectives, strategic priorities, and long-term talent development priorities, globally. Collaborate with global senior leadership and relevant stakeholders to identify organizational challenges and opportunities for improvement, where learning and development can have a significant impact. Guide the business in appropriate talent decisions (e.g. build vs. buy) Organizational Assessment & Learning solutions Conduct competency and skills assessments to identify organizational strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development. Utilize data-driven analysis and insights to recommend and implement solutions that enhance organizational performance and effectiveness and translate into relevant learning solutions. Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and leadership teams to design, re-evaluate, and enhance learning programs—including those focused on AI and digital skills. Establish the top skills’ learning solutions e.g. Business Unit Universities, Role Learning paths, business unit learning and development calendar, etc) ensuring integration of AI-related skills and digital fluency where applicable. Global Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders globally to understand their strategic priorities and tailor learning solutions that address specific business needs. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on matters related to talent development and organizational effectiveness. i.e Diagnostically align inputs/data/feedback from BU Leaders, HR BP’s and other relevant stakeholders on what’s the actual need of the Business and provide Learning solutions to plug the need, as required Performance Management: Establish metrics and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives on business performance. Continuously assess and refine learning programs to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with evolving business strategies. Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, particularly those related to AI, digital transformation and business strategy. Introduce innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and drive engagement. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and ensure successful implementation of strategic projects. Develop and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders and facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of learning and development professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth with a collaborative and high-performance culture. Lead-by-example to sustain and enhance team’s engagement Operational Excellence: Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact. Partner with the Procurement team to source and manage external vendors or consultants when necessary. We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organization development, Learning & development with a focus on business strategy and change management. Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives, strategic learning and development initiatives that drive business results. Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics and strategy. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with organizational assessment tools and methodologies, learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience driving process improvements and working with technology teams. Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies in learning. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
