About the role and what you'll be doing: We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to design, develop, test, and maintain ETL processes that support our data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with large-scale data integration, and the ability to collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and application developers to deliver reliable and efficient data solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses and operational data stores. Work with business analysts and data architects to translate requirements into efficient data integration solutions. Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and complex SQL queries in support of ETL workflows. Implement error handling, logging, and auditing frameworks for ETL processes. Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis of failures or performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability. Assist in data migration, cleansing, and integration projects. Support deployment of ETL solutions across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod). Document ETL design, processes, and dependencies. We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS package development and ETL design. Strong SQL development skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization). Experience with SQL Server databases (2016 or later preferred). Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling. Proficiency in handling large datasets, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Experience with scheduling tools (SQL Server Agent, Control-M, or similar). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or cloud-based ETL tools. Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and master data management (MDM). Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
