Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Acquisition Support Specialist to join our People Systems team. This role is critical in supporting organizational changes and system integrity during acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday and a passion for process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. This role does not accommodate hybrid or remote work options, it is full time onsite, Monday - Friday in one of our service centers - CA, UT or TX. Responsibilities • Organization Creation & Management • Set up and maintain organizational structures in Workday to reflect acquisition changes. • Ensure accurate hierarchy and reporting relationships. • Intake Process Improvement • Evaluate and enhance intake workflows for acquisition-related requests. • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline onboarding and data integration. • System Setup Auditing • Conduct regular audits of Workday configurations to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in setup and data. • Functional Team Support • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support acquisition-related system needs. • Provide guidance and troubleshooting for Workday functionality during transitions. Preferred Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience with Workday HCM, preferably in acquisition or organizational change contexts. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Familiarity with auditing practices and data integrity principles. • Workday certifications in HCM or related modules. • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale organizational restructuring.
