Requires 10+ years of TA experience, leadership in recruitment, AI application skills, and strategic project management.
Job Description: • Own the end to end strategy, intake, and governance for third party recruiting vendors • Lead TA support for the organization’s immigration program • Build, document, and maintain TA standard operating procedures across the recruiting lifecycle • Serve as TA’s primary partner to HRTS and Workday teams • Own the TA reporting point of contact function • Act as the TA Compensation Champion in partnership with HR and Compensation teams • Partner with TA leadership and Compliance to identify, prevent, and respond to fraudulent applicant activity • Serve as TA’s lead for AI and automation initiatives • Lead and support change management efforts for TA initiatives Requirements: • Ten or more years of directly related Talent Acquisition experience • Previous recruitment management experience • People leadership experience leading teams of five or more associates • Experience applying AI within recruiting operations • Ability to design, pilot, and deploy low code or no code agentic AI solutions • Demonstrated strength in project and program management • Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition operations, workflows, and compliance risk • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements • Data driven mindset with strong analytical capability • Strong executive communication skills • Proven ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and risk Benefits: • healthcare • time off • retirement • well-being programs
