Job Description: • Develops, monitors, and trends data and reporting related to operational workflows and key performance indicators • Provides advanced technical expertise in analytics • Trains co-workers and operational leaders • Collaborates closely with operations and business partners to deliver actionable insights • Analyzes data to measure effectiveness of business processes Requirements: • 3+ years of job experience • 3+ years of data interpretation and analysis experience • Microsoft Excel Advanced knowledge: Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Pivot Visualization • Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience • Intermediate SQL(temp tables, CTEs), Advanced SQL knowledge, preferred • Intermediate PowerBI Building experience • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire Benefits: • Bonus Incentives • Paid Certifications • Tuition Reimbursement • Comprehensive Benefits • Career Advancement
