Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or motion design, with expertise in motion and animation tools. A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and multi-channel campaigns is essential.

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can bring EnrollHere’s brand and story to life through powerful visual design, motion, and creativity. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, craft, and innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams, as well as our external partners to ensure that every touchpoint – from industry reports to digital campaigns to motion pieces – reflects a consistent, expressive brand identity. You’ll evolve and expand our visual language, design marketing and sales assets, and create engaging 3D and motion graphics that help our brand stand out in the InsurTech space. Brand & Visual Direction Develop collateral (decks, product one-pagers, etc.) to be used by business development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams Collaborate with content marketing to design reports, eBooks, and campaign visuals that reinforce brand cohesion Own the creation of custom illustrations, iconography, graphics and visualizations that bring clarity and personality to complex topics Evolve and expand EnrollHere’s visual language to tell richer, more expressive brand stories Concept, design, and produce motion graphics, 3D assets, and animated content for video, web, and campaigns Own and manage our asset library to enable scalable, high-quality creative output Collaboration & Creative Leadership Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align visuals with messaging Manage and guide freelance or agency partners as needed for specialized projects Bring fresh creative ideas and maintain a high bar for design excellence across the company 5–8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or motion design, ideally in tech, SaaS, or fintech/InsurTech Deep expertise in motion, 3D, and animation tools (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) Strong visual storytelling skills — able to distill abstract concepts into clear, beautiful visuals Portfolio that demonstrates experience with brand systems, motion design, and multi-channel campaigns Comfortable operating as both conceptual designer and hands-on creator Bonus: experience designing for healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries We believe in taking care of our team, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, wellness, and future: Medical: 4 United Healthcare medical plans (including an HSA option) Dental: 3 dental plans (Aetna and MetLife) Vision: 2 Aetna vision plans Wellness & Mental Health: 5 additional Medical Plus benefits, including telehealth support and an annual Talkspace subscription Ancillary Coverage: 4 ancillary plans and supplemental life insurance Retirement: 401(k) with a 4% match (after a 90-day exclusionary period) PTO & Flexibility: Generous PTO and remote work support Growth: Learning stipends and opportunities for professional development
