Job Title: Field Sales Coordinator Location: Chicago, IL (Great Lakes Region) Business Unit Description: Regen Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: The Field Service Coordinator plays a critical support role within the regional sales and service team. This position is responsible for assisting Territory Managers by managing administrative tasks, including order submissions, paperwork coordination, and patient communications. Acting as a key liaison between the Territory Manager, patients, and internal teams—including Enovis’ order processing department and VA representatives—the Field Service Coordinator ensures a seamless workflow and timely completion of all documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up to support efficient field operations and exceptional patient service. Key Responsibilities: Accurately submit orders and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Coordinate and complete all paperwork required for product fittings, order processing, and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient correspondence related to Regen product fittings and support. Communicate and collaborate with Enovis’ internal order processing team to ensure timely and accurate processing. Provide ongoing administrative support to Territory Managers to assist with day-to-day operational needs. Manage and support VA submissions by preparing, tracking, and submitting required documentation. Collaborate closely with the regional team to streamline submission processes and meet critical deadlines. Conduct consistent follow-up ("chasing") on outstanding paperwork, approvals, and scheduling matters. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate documentation to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records and logs of communications, orders, and support activities. Proactively identify and resolve delays or gaps in paperwork, order progression, or patient coordination. Minimum Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, healthcare coordination, customer service, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry systems. Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.
