Full Description

We are scaling an enterprise-grade SaaS booking platform under Ennovate IT, a growing software company focused on commercial products and long-term platform development. Our flagship platform, RYDE, is live and entering its next phase: automation, architecture refinement, mobile ecosystem support, and large-scale product growth. We are hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to become the hands-on technical owner of RYDE, with a clear growth path into company-wide technical leadership and a future CTO role. This is a long-term product leadership opportunity — not a freelance or short-term contract. This is a fully remote position. We are currently prioritizing candidates located in Pakistan due to timezone alignment and collaboration needs. What you’ll do • Lead architecture for a growing SaaS platform • Actively build and ship production features • Automate licensing and subscription infrastructure • Refine and scale admin dashboards • Build API-first systems that support mobile applications • Improve performance, reliability, and security • Design scalable multi-tenant infrastructure • Identify bottlenecks and architect solutions • Guide future technical direction and hiring • Take ownership of long-term platform growth Required experience • 6+ years full stack engineering experience • Strong backend architecture skills (PHP / APIs / scalable systems) • SaaS platform experience • REST API design for mobile ecosystems • Database architecture and performance optimization • Clean, production-grade coding practices • Experience scaling commercial software • Independent problem-solving and ownership mindset • Ability to lead technical decisions while staying hands-on Preferred / bonus experience • Licensing or subscription systems • Stripe / billing infrastructure • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture • Laravel or modern backend frameworks • DevOps / VPS infrastructure • Familiarity with React Native / Flutter / mobile app architecture • Experience building commercial platforms Who you are You are a hands-on builder who enjoys writing production code daily. You can architect systems and guide direction, but you are equally comfortable executing features yourself without relying on a large team. You think like a product owner, anticipate scale challenges, and take responsibility for outcomes. If something needs to be built and you don’t personally build it, you know how to guide others and get it done. This role is for someone who wants to grow into company-wide technical leadership and help shape the future of Ennovate IT. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
