Provide technical support for applications, coordinate with server and database admins, and support data center migrations.
Requires active IT Level I Clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, and experience supporting enterprise applications.
Job Description: • Provide technical support for one or more assigned applications • Maintain appropriate separation of duties while coordinating with Server Administrators and Database Administrators • Install, configure, and maintain software products utilized by supported applications • Provide technical support for data center migration activities and related application moves • Identify and communicate application-specific firewall and network requirements needed for successful operation • Support the setup and administration of application interfaces and integrations • Provide technical support for break/fix incidents, troubleshooting, and restoring service operations • Support application requirements driven by organizational transformation initiatives • Support the application code release process • Research and help resolve cybersecurity vulnerabilities identified through routine scanning Requirements: • Active IT Level I Clearance (required) • CompTIA Security+ certification (required) • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a technical operations or system support role • Working knowledge of software installation, patching, configuration, and upgrade activities • Familiarity supporting applications across production and non-production environments • Strong troubleshooting skills for break/fix and service restoration incidents • Ability to document actions taken, issues identified, and resolution steps clearly • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional technical teams Benefits:
