Office Administrator / Front Desk Summary This role is the front desk for English Roofing. You are the first person responsible for answering incoming calls, identifying the caller’s need, setting appointments, and ensuring every lead is followed up on and pushed toward scheduling. You own the daily function of the office, including organization and cleanliness. Responsibilities • Answer the phone first and handle or route calls immediately. • Identify the reason for each call, gather details, and schedule appointments. • Follow up on leads, track responses, and push follow-ups toward booked appointments inside JobNimbus. • Review all job documents submitted by the team to ensure they are complete. Flag missing or incorrect information, require corrections when needed, and schedule sales staff to come into the office if documents can’t be fixed remotely. • Manage general office tasks: filing, data entry, document updates, and correspondence. • Maintain the office environment: keep the front desk and workspace clean, organized, and stocked. • Manage calendars and basic scheduling for the team. • Use JobNimbus daily to enter information, update job files, track leads, and maintain accurate records. • Support personal assistant–type tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly. Qualifications • Experience in a front-desk, office, or administrative role preferred. • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide and control phone calls. • Comfortable tracking and following up on leads until resolution. • Organized and consistent with systems, cleanliness, and task completion. • Proficient in JobNimbus or able to learn it quickly. • Bilingual ability is a plus. • Works independently and stays productive without supervision.
