• Permanent position for a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead, manage and execute hazardous waste environmental projects. • Ensure compliance with technical requirements, specifications, regulatory compliance, and profitability. • Maintain schedule, budget, and compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. • Mentor junior staff while managing client relationships. • Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects, including site investigations, remediation, permitting, etc. • Serve as the primary contact for clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships. • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. • Oversee project teams. • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations. • Analyze project costs. • Establishes overall objectives and deadlines. • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions. • Conduct final peer reviews for all projects. • Generate proposals, prepare and conduct client presentations, and attend industry events for business development. • MS Environmental Science or Engineering Minimum 20 years of experience with environmental consulting. • Professional registration or certification preferred (e.g., PE, PG, PMP, CHMM). • Experience with leadership and business development. • Good oral and written communication skills, and analytical abilities. • Experience managing multiple complex environmental projects. • Strong knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfield and OER environmental regulations. • Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal compliance regulations. • Knowledge of applicable Phase I and/or Phase II environmental site assessment and remediation guidance documents.
