Manage all aspects of specialty heavy civil construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project closeout.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management or equivalent experience, plus experience in heavy civil construction fields like hydro/dam/marine or tunneling.
Support construction activities by planning, organizing, and implementing the following: project controls systems, engineering interface, subcontract, and materials management, purchasing, scheduling. Responsible for total project management on one or multiple projects. May manage other technical and administrative staff members depending on size, scope and complexity of project. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of Specialty Heavy Civil Construction Projects from Estimate Turnover to Project Closeout. Budget review and development, work plan submittals, permitting, material procurement, scheduling, financial forecasting, and project closeout. Qualifications Experience in Hydro/Dam/Marine Construction, Geotechnical/Deep Foundations, Tunneling or Tunnel Rehabilitation preferred. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management or equivalent experience. Willingness to work hard.
