Role Description We are seeking a full-time, remote Campaign Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Blackburn for Governor campaign. The Campaign Manager will develop and execute campaign strategies, oversee communications, and coordinate with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure objectives and timelines are met. This role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on management to drive fundraising, outreach, and voter engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage statewide campaign strategies Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners Oversee communications, messaging, and voter outreach efforts Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting to ensure goals are achieved Build relationships with community leaders, donors, and stakeholders Lead grassroots organizing and digital campaign initiatives Support fundraising efforts and event coordination Qualifications Proven experience in campaign management or political organizing Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in project management and organizational leadership Fundraising and donor relations experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM tools, and voter databases a plus Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
