Hiring, coaching, and developing the Engineering team to achieve the highest levels of compliance, role specialization, and creative collaboration. They also continuously write and improve global engineering processes that facilitate the efficient creation of high-quality engineered sealing products to the customer delivery and product sustainment steps in a scalable and controlled manner that is compliant to relevant standard processes such as ISO9001 and AS9100. In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week: • 90% OTD for all Engineering tasks assigned by the Opportunity Management department. • Average 3 Solution Design Workshops per week • Average 1.5 New Products (i.e. new custom part number) released per week Expectations on Qualifications include: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering • 5 years + Experience • Seal design experience preferred • Familiar with a variety of engineering concepts, practices and procedures • Ability to Speak and Read English As a member of our team, you will have a leader who: • Gives clear directions • Makes sure you have the necessary tools • Acts with the greater good in mind • Delegates appropriately • Takes time to truly understand your role and how you can help the company • Makes their expectations clear • Communicates well • Has effective meetings • Meets one-on-one with you quarterly or more, if needed • Rewards and recognizes your performance This role will be an in office role with some domestic and international travel required.
