Our project engineers will be with you every step of the way from design feasiblity, CAD design and design optimization for injection molding, MoldFlow analysis, plastic resin, appearance and surface texture, color, prototype, mold design and build to the end product and throughout production. About The Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Offsite Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll ensure they have a seamless and positive experience by providing timely and efficient chat-based support. This full-time, hourly position requires strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in a remote work environment. What You'll Do • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a professional and courteous experience. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or technical issues, escalating when necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve processes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system. • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as response times and resolution rates. • Contribute to improving the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement during interactions. Qualifications • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or chat-based role. • Exceptional written English communication skills, with a strong ability to clarify and explain solutions. • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. • A proactive problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in processes or priorities. MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA The pay range for this role is: 18.21 - 31.53 USD per hour(Remote (Yuma, Arizona, US))
