This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong foundation in HVAC systems and project management. Visit us at www.ecshvac.com Key Responsibilities • Oversee HVAC projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring execution aligns with project scope, budget, and timeline. • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal departments for seamless project delivery. • Prepare and manage detailed schedules, work plans, procurement logs, and submittal tracking. • Review mechanical drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability. • Lead procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. • Monitor project milestones and financials, including forecasting, billing, and change management. • Conduct regular site visits, status meetings, and progress reports. • Enforce ECS safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all job sites. • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical contracting. • Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and piping systems. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted). • Proficient with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or comparable project management tools. • Ability to interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. • Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations. • OSHA 30 certification preferred. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
