Your Mission: As a Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist at Engine, you’ll play a key role in scaling our business by leading strategic initiatives, driving growth, and optimizing revenue processes. Here’s what you’ll take charge of: Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and track key metrics to assess performance, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency. Optimizing Business Processes: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements across the Revenue department. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Data Science, and Systems teams to refine prospecting strategies and enhance top-of-funnel efficiency. Operational Support: Provide strategic and tactical support to go-to-market functions, ensuring streamlined workflows and impactful outcomes. What You’ll Bring to Engine: We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us: Experience: 2+ years in Strategy, Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical Mindset: Proven data-driven problem-solving skills, with expertise in breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions. Project Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives to completion using project management and decision-making frameworks. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker, Salesforce, Outreach, SPIFF, or similar tools. Compensation Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
