Your Mission: As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of: Pipeline Acceleration & Product Adoption: Design and iterate onboarding and activation processes that efficiently convert leads into engaged users, ensuring rapid time-to-value and long-term platform engagement. Revenue Expansion: Develop segmentation strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell moments, collaborate on PLG efforts, and deploy targeted workflows in partnership with Account Managers and Sales to unlock growth within our existing customer base. Strategic Logo Acquisition: Oversee campaign systems and nurture flows that acquire new customers, coordinating cross-team activities to attract, qualify, and win high-potential accounts. Prospect Qualification Frameworks: Build and refine data-driven models for identifying and prioritizing high-fit prospects, leveraging behavioral and product usage signals to guide nurturing efforts. Process Experimentation & Optimization: Lead operational A/B and cohort experiments across the pipeline, analyzing user journeys and refining funnel stages to improve conversion, retention, and expansion metrics. Cross-Departmental Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other Revenue Operations teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies, integrate PLG activities, and ensure platform growth is holistic and measurable. Reporting & Insight Delivery: Construct robust dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track onboarding velocity, expansion revenue, new logo acquisition, and pipeline health, providing actionable recommendations to enhance business outcomes. Automation & Systems Enablement: Champion automation initiatives and optimize growth tech stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, segmentation tools) for streamlined, repeatable revenue processes. What You’ll Bring to Engine: We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us: 3+ years of revenue operations or similar experience in SaaS, B2B, travel tech, or high-growth environments. Experience with user analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and data integration workflows. Proven success in designing and scaling operational processes that impact conversion, activation, and expansion. Analytical mindset with passion for experimental design and funnel optimization. Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills, able to bridge strategy and execution across teams. Experience using GTM/Growth Engineering tools with emphasis on AI and automation (preferred) Experience in blended PLG/SLG models (preferred) #LH-M1 Applications for this role will be accepted through January 23rd, 2026 or until the role is filled. Compensation Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
