Job Description: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to define role requirements • Source and engage candidates using direct search, social platforms, job boards, and referrals • Screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit using your IT knowledge to assess qualifications • Conduct interviews and coordinate technical assessments when needed • Perform reference checks and manage background verification processes • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress • Draft job descriptions and advertisements; manage posting on relevant platforms • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent for current and future roles • Work closely with the HR team on onboarding and hiring logistics Requirements: • Prior experience as a developer or in a technical IT role • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment in the IT sector • Strong knowledge of IT terminology, including key concepts in software development and infrastructure. • Understanding of technical roles across the stack: Backend, Frontend, Mobile (iOS, Android), Deployments / DevOps, QA / SDET, etc… • Capacity to grasp the specifics of roles and technologies at a general level to evaluate candidate fit. • Strong understanding of software development roles, stacks, and terminology • Experience with direct search and sourcing techniques • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment • Ability to review and select resumes for various tech positions with precision • Excellent sourcing and research skills, particularly for hard-to-fill roles • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
