Marketing Misfit (a.k.a. AI-Powered Creative Genius) Location: Remote or In-Office (your choice) We’re on the search for one of our clients — a consulting agency powered by caffeinated curiosity, messy whiteboards, and “how is this even real?” client requests. If you love marketing, think in hooks + angles, and get a weird amount of joy from turning chaos into campaigns that actually perform, you’ll fit right in. Their team is a slightly dysfunctional group of geniuses — the kind who argue passionately, ship great work, and laugh about it after. Clockwatchers need not apply. If you’re counting minutes, you’ll hate it there. If you’re counting wins, welcome home. You might be one of them if you: • Come up with strong ideas fast — and can execute them even faster • Love storytelling, branding, and making content that doesn’t feel like “content” • Can write sharp copy (and make it sound human, not corporate mush) • Think in strategy and details: you can zoom out, then get it done • Take feedback like a pro and don’t get precious about drafts AI is part of the job (daily) They’re not looking for someone who “tried ChatGPT once.” They want someone who uses modern AI tools to create leverage — faster ideation, tighter drafts, smarter iterations, better testing, cleaner workflows.
