About the Company This is an excellent Epic based managerial role; 1/2 project management focused and 1/2 team management. About the Role Epic based clinical informatics leader with deep experience designing and optimizing clinical workflows, clinical decision support (CDS), and technology-enabled quality and patient safety initiatives. Responsibilities • Proven leader of Epic optimization and clinical informatics teams. • Strong track record partnering with clinical, operational, and research leaders to drive measurable improvements in care delivery, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes. • Brings a robust background in quality improvement, root cause analysis, clinical pathways, predictive modeling, and health maintenance programs. • Recognized for exceptional communication, project management, and vendor management skills. • Passion for leveraging Epic and data-driven insights to advance safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications Bachelors Degree required at a minimum.
