We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners. Job Description Enfinity Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to our CEO who combines an entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational skills. This is a role with real impact: you’ll be a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring they can focus on what matters most while you handle the details that keep both their professional and personal world running smoothly. This is not a classic assistant role. It’s strategic, hands-on, and diverse—you’ll switch seamlessly between managing executive priorities, coordinating travel, handling day-to-day requests, and supporting across both business and personal commitments. If you’re resourceful, proactive, and energized by the idea of joining a fast-moving company with purpose, this might just be your next big challenge. Key Responsibilities Serve as a gatekeeper and advisor, helping the CEO manage priorities and focus on strategic initiatives. Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive support to optimize decision-making and time allocation. Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals. Coordinate and prepare for meetings: agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions. Manage high-level communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely responses. Act as liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective flow of information. Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment. Provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of professional and personal schedules. Manage travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics to optimize time and efficiency. Support with ad-hoc requests and day-to-day needs, enabling the CEO to remain fully focused on strategic priorities. Native English speaker. Spanish proficiency will be considered an advantage. Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience as an executive assistant, or minimum 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Proven experience supporting C-level executives in global or multicultural environments. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and interface confidently at all levels. Discretion, integrity, and maturity in handling confidential and sensitive matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.). Flexible, adaptable, and able to work across time zones with occasional availability outside business hours. In Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries. Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change. Let’s build our future together.
