Compensation Range: $20-$24/hour Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location. Job Purpose Energetic and determined with experience as a Production Coordinator who is a team player and great with customer service while skilled in administrative support in operations, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced environments. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Synchronizes production schedules, shipping bookings, and daily/weekly reporting. • Supports warehouse operations, verifying product quantities, revisions, and labels for accuracy. • Serves as a central liaison maintaining clear and consistent communication between teams including marketing, finance, QA, product management, and engineering teams. • Monitor work order progress to fulfill delivery schedule requirements. • Monitor and communicate production readiness status for proper documents. • Enter purchase requests, track expenses, and prepare reports to support budget control. • Review and preserve work instructions for engineering configuration compliance. • Report and process customer return merchandise and damage products efficiently. • Work with production technicians to triage rejected materials by rework/repair or scrap. • Safeguard confidential company information with discretion and professionalism. • Additional duties as assigned Qualifications • High School Diploma • Bilingual in English and Spanish • One to two years’ experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role • Experience in manufacturing is required • Experience in ERP System, Visual strongly preferred • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy General Job Requirements • This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
