Coordinate and manage all aspects of energy-related construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and team leadership.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years engineering/construction project experience, proficiency in project management tools, safety certifications, and ability to obtain security clearances.
Description: • Coordinate all aspects of project execution, assist in developing responses to RFPs and initial energy audits, ensure smooth transition from sales to design, installation, and service phases • Identify preliminary Energy Conservation Measures and advise Business Development and Project Procurement Managers in estimating costs and managing the account • Confer with engineering personnel on technical information, procure and manage outside contractors, schedule project phases and train customers' maintenance personnel • Manage all aspects of project budgets including change management, revenue projections, customer billings, and quarterly updates • Act as primary point of contact for internal personnel, external contractors, subcontractors, and customer agents to coordinate project installation • Ensure proposals are delivered on time, projects are completed on time and within budget, and customers are satisfied with installation and results • Coordinate with Project Procurement and Business Development Managers to ensure prompt and accurate estimates and pricing • Understand client contracts and manage safety, site rules and terms and conditions • Manage scoping, pricing, and negotiating customer change orders during delivery • Lead project team in selecting contractors and vendors; assist procurement to issue contracts and supervise contract personnel • Maintain project schedule and manage contractor/subcontractor work and ensure on-time arrival of equipment and supplies Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a minimum of five (5) years' engineering and construction-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Engineering and construction-related experience running construction projects with contract values greater than $5 million; or an equivalent combination of education and project management experience • Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets (Excel, Word), cost control, and project management software.
