What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy infrastructure market. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that align with EIP’s growth strategy. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. - You will prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management. - You will represent EIP at industry conferences and networking events. - You will manage a pipeline of potential projects and ensure timely follow-up. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within the energy or infrastructure sectors. - Proven track record of successfully closing complex deals and managing client relationships. - Strong understanding of energy markets, infrastructure projects, and regulatory environments. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel approximately 30% to meet with clients and attend industry events. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with renewable energy projects. - Established network within the energy infrastructure industry. - Familiarity with financial modeling and project financing. - Experience working in a remote or nationwide role.
