About the Team The Data Center Operations team drives rapid growth by designing, deploying, and operating hyperscale data centers that set the standard for reliability and scalability. From hardware lifecycle management to infrastructure solutions, they ensure everything runs flawlessly. About the Role The company seeks technical leaders who love solving complex challenges and building systems that perform at scale. This role influences global processes, drives innovation, and ensures infrastructure meets the highest standards for performance, security, and cost. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a subject matter expert for critical data center infrastructure. • Oversee design limitations, risk management, and maintenance programs. • Lead change management for high-risk activities. • Respond to incidents onsite and collaborate with engineering teams. • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. What You Bring • Deep knowledge of power and cooling systems (TIA-942, ASHRAE). • Experience with redundancy design (2N, N+1) and concurrent maintainability. • Hands-on expertise in electrical/mechanical systems: generators, chillers, UPS, etc. • Proven track record in data hall build-outs and commissioning tests. • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Bonus Points For: • Experience with GPU servers (H100, B200, GB200). • Certifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Vendor and project management experience.
