Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Previous marketing or sales internships are preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Position Overview: The Marketing & Inside Sales Intern will support both the Marketing and Sales teams in driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and strengthening the company’s digital presence. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales outreach, and CRM management, providing exposure to the tools and strategies that fuel business growth. This role is part time. \n Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns: - Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media. - Draft and edit marketing content for digital platforms, including social posts, sales playbooks, and email templates. - Track campaign performance and help prepare reports and dashboards. Marketing Automations & Workflows (Salesforce / HubSpot): - Help build and maintain marketing automation workflows in Salesforce and/or HubSpot. - Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, setting up automations, and tracking performance. - Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect and customer information. - Learn and apply best practices for lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation. Inside Sales Support: - Conduct outbound prospecting via email, social media, etc. to generate and qualify leads. - Schedule introductory calls and product demos for the sales team. - Assist in preparing sales presentations and follow-up materials. - Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics. Marketing & Sales Operational Support: - Collect and organize data from marketing and sales channels to track KPIs. - Support the preparation of performance dashboards and internal reports. - Conduct market and competitor intelligence research. - Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency. Learning Opportunities: - Gain exposure to marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. - Learn how digital marketing and sales strategies align with broader business objectives. - Participate in research on industry trends and competitor activities. - Develop communication and consultative selling skills. Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Previous marketing or sales internships or related credentials are preferred.
