Full Description

Job Description: • Drive Technical Integrations: Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle for building and maintaining integrations with key partners across SCMs, CI/CD providers, Cloud platforms, ticketing systems, and security vendors. • Technical Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for partner engineering and product teams. • Architect "Better Together" Solutions: Design and document technical reference architectures, integration patterns, and API contracts that showcase the joint value of Endor Labs and partner solutions. • Enable Partner Success: Serve as the technical expert for partner teams integrating with Endor Labs. • Drive Integration Quality: Collaborate with internal Engineering, Product, and Partnership teams to ensure integrations meet quality standards. • Partner Enablement & Advocacy: Create technical content including integration guides, reference architectures, sample code, and best practices documentation. • Influence Product Roadmap: Provide feedback from the partner ecosystem to our internal Engineering and Product teams. Requirements: • Proven experience in Partner Engineering, Technical Alliances, Solutions Architecture, or similar partner-facing technical roles. • Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs, SDKs, Webhooks, and modern integration patterns. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript. • Robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and CI/CD ecosystems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to create technical documentation and navigate the nuances of technical partnerships. • Proactive about identifying gaps in current integrations and have the technical chops to solve them. • Thrive in team settings, value diverse perspectives, and adapt your approach based on partner needs and constraints. • Always on the lookout for new technologies and understanding the intricacies of how different systems work together.
