Cape Fox Endeavor is accepting resume for an EPA Occupational Health Program Manager. The salary range for this for this exempt position has been established at $160,000 to $166,500. This salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be based in the Washington Metro Area and willing to attend preplanned visits to EPA sites and Cape Fox HQ in Chantilly, VA. Required: At least three (3) years of experience managing and leading clinical operations with a preference for occupational health practices. At least 2 years of experience working in and leading key program areas of federal contract(s) related to medicine, science, research, or another related field. Responsibilities: They will serve as the primary point of contact to the EPA OHS customer base, ensuring that all processes are well defined, deliverables are on time, network services are being offered smoothly, and all clinic locations are properly staffed. They will report to the Director, Strategic Health and Safety Operations. • This position will provide management, coordination and completion of multiple projects. • Oversee all aspects of projects. • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. • Leads and directs the work of others. • A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Directly manages all related vendor and subcontract relationships • Ensure that all staffing levels are properly met • They will be the daily lead for all contract efforts and provide leadership and guidance to the entire team. • Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. • Manage other duties as assigned by their supervisor and or leadership. • Self-motivated with minimal oversight. • Computer skills including Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience/Education • A degree from a four-year college or university. A background in science or medicine is preferred. • Certification: Project Management Professional certification is desired, not required, and will be considered a strength. • At least three (3) years of experience managing and leading clinical operations with a preference for occupational health practices. At least 2 years of experience working in and leading key program areas of federal contract(s) related to medicine, science, research, or another related field. • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
