Troubleshoot issues Qualifications Required: Proven experience supporting UKG Pro Possess strong knowledge of HR, payroll processes, and reporting tools. Familiarity with SQL and data validation for issue investigation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and technical teams. Experience working on Scrum methodology. Experience with Jira/Ticketing systems Teamwork and good client management skills needed Can provide prompt responsiveness to incidents and service requests Able to actively listen and be empathetic when handling user concerns Possess a troubleshooting mindset Desired: Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cognos / BI reports is a plus.
