Provide administrative support including report distribution, meeting arrangements, presentation creation, and supplies ordering.
Ability to manage reports, schedule meetings, create presentations, and handle inventory with a focus on empathy, integrity, positivity, and teamwork.
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the department and functions as the Receptionist for the department. This support includes, but is not limited to, report distribution, meeting arrangements, PowerPoint presentations, and supplies ordering.
