Posting End Date: December 16, 2025 Employee Type: Regular-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Technician III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining station electrical systems, unit control systems, and auxiliary equipment controls. You will ensure safe execution of electrical controls activities and provide leadership in planning and directing others. If this sounds like you, apply today! What you will do: Ensures the proper operation and compliance of the station equipment and systems Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Gas compressors per manufacturer and company standards. Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of air systems including air compressors, air dryers, regulators, and PSVs. Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of compressor station components such as gas coolers, electric motors, valves, and valve actuators. Perform electrical/controls maintenance inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of station control systems and end devices. Other job accountabilities may include: Operate and maintain pipeline valves Pipeline duties such as: pigging, one call response, and pipeline maintenance Electrical maintenance at the facility Station operations and housekeeping duties. Who you are: You have: Associate degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent education/experience. 5 years of related experience. Valid driver’s license. Preferred: Strong desire to learn and advance as Maintenance Technician. Caterpillar and Ariel experience. Working knowledge of facility maintenance operations. Familiarity with PLC systems and control networks. Experience working with valves, pumps, and safety devices. Basic understanding of Pipeline and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) An understanding of gas flow and compression. #joinourteam Physical Requirements: Include but are not limited to: Balancing, bending and stooping, climbing, crawling, carrying (up to 25 pounds), grasping, kneeling, lifting (objects up to 25 pounds), pulling hand over hand, pushing, reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, walking, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement, grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 25 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mental Requirements: Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
