As a Technology Implementation Manager, EHS, you will play a crucial role in supporting team technology projects and ensuring quality outcomes independently. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing specialized technology tasks and providing high-value consulting services to clients. We offer a flexible hybrid work schedule (two days in office). Responsibilities: • Ensure quality deliverables from project development teams to the quality assurance team. • Assist with client technical consulting support to meet the delivery objectives; that may include interface with the clients’ IT and technical teams. • Perform data mapping from the client’s system. • Ensure best practices are being followed on all projects for environment setup, unit testing, product packaging, and automated build integration. • Coordinate with the client’s implementation team to identify and mitigate any technical issues that may potentially impact delivery. • Provide clear direction to distributed technical teams on solutions throughout the implementation cycle. • Ensure efficient coordination on multiple projects with distributed internal and external teams. • May serve as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and XSD. • Experience with GitHub and version control workflows. • Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL). • Knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Understanding of software development lifecycles and design patterns. • SAP integration or ABAP knowledge is a plus. • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience • 5+ years working in a client-facing consulting or implementation role. • Specialized in-depth expertise related to technology implementation including configuration and cross-functional leadership. • Wide range of experiences and advanced technical acumen serving as an advisor to management. • Experience working as a senior member or team lead on large, complex software implementation projects. • Strong understanding of best practices and how to differentiate software capabilities within a competitive market. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions. • Ability to drive projects forward while providing guidance to more junior members of the team. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships. • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. • Some travel to customer locations may be required. • #LI-Hybrid Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package that begins your first day of employment.
