Physician Assistant (PA-C) – New Graduates Welcomed EmUrgent Care Clinic – Westland, MI Full-Time Position | Training Begins January–February | Full Start Date: March 2026 EmUrgent Care Clinic Urgent care center in Westland, Michigan, committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. We are a new Urgent Care and looking to grow. Position Overview We are seeking motivated, team-oriented Physician Assistants to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates who want hands-on experience in a supportive environment with strong mentorship. Training Schedule: • Structured onboarding and clinical shadowing beginning January & February 2026 • Gradual assumption of independent patient care with supervision • Full transition into independent full-time shifts starting March 2026 Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat patients of all ages for urgent and primary care concerns • Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&Ds, EKGs, medication administration, and rapid testing • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests • Complete, accurate and timely documentation in the EMR • Collaborate with medical assistants, front desk staff, and supervising physicians • Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment Qualifications • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program • NCCPA certified or eligible (must have certification by start date) • Michigan PA license (or in process) • BLS certification required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A passion for learning, teamwork, and providing exceptional patient care • DEA License What We Offer • Supportive training environment designed for new graduates • Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding clinic • Modern facility, updated equipment, and positive work culture • Flexible scheduling once fully trained Location EmUrgent Care Clinic 8030 N Middlebelt Rd Westland, MI 48185 How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to: emurgentcareservices@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
