We are a growing Cash Logistics company looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable individuals to join our team. We have an opening for a dynamic leader to manage our Security Operations Center in Englewood, CO. The Security Shift Lead -Overnight Shift (SSL) reports to the Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager. Reports To: The Security Shift Lead (SSL) will report to the Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager. Position Summary: The Security Shift-Lead (SSL) oversees the operations of the SOC for their designated shift. The SSL handles escalations and leads incident command for their shift, establishing communication with local authorities and appropriate company staff according to protocol. The SSL directly supervises all Security Monitoring Agents (SMAs) and Senior Security Monitoring Agents (SSMAs) assigned to their shift providing ongoing training, coaching, and enforcement of standards. Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to: Leadership Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) for the shift and provide necessary support to the team Lead incident command & coordinate with local authorities per protocol on all incidents during the shift Perform Branch Security Audits daily to ensure all branches are following security protocol Work with HQ Recruiter to staff the SOC Write SOC schedule and verify timecards Maintain all equipment in the SOC & troubleshoot security equipment in branches and vehicles Perform administrative duties as required by the SOC Manager Participate in new project research and implementation Training/Coaching Coordinate onboarding and training of new Security Operations Center staff Ensure that Empyreal standards regarding quality and productivity are upheld. Actively mentor and coach SSMAs Branch Access/Security Coordinate with local authorities and branch management to conduct security rehearsals/drills Verify & provide remote access to Empyreal facilities for employees & authorized visitors Respond to security system support requests from branch staff Generate Cencon codes to branch vaults Vehicle Security & Support Provide remote assistance to Empyreal drivers Verify that all security systems in the vehicle are functioning properly Realtime Surveillance Prioritize critical and non-critical events such as access control, safety breaches, intrusion detection, protocol abnormalities, etc. Assist SSMAs in prioritizing critical incidents & handling escalations. Documentation Investigate security threats and breaches Collect and document surveillance evidence Complete necessary incident-related documentation Document & bookmark incidents and injuries – noting surrounding circumstances Search, access, transfer and archive facility and vehicle footage as requested Qualifications: Must have at least 90 days' experience as a Security Monitoring Agent with Empyreal Logistics. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to troubleshoot VV and Cameras set up user profiles and great badge access to configure and/or reconfigure Cradlepoint configure Pro-Vision remotely login to the facility DVR and troubleshoot pull GPS and tracking information to be shared generate Gencon vault codes A positive attitude and ability to be a positive member of a team is required The ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Report Writing Policy & SOP Documentation Ability to lead, coach and manage a team Strong decision-making skills Quick learner Working Conditions: May be subject to adverse working conditions, dust, grime, noise, fumes, wet floors etc. Requires irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends, evening, and holidays, determined by event schedule and/or department need; May require radio usage of a two-way hand-held radio.
