Empowered Staffing is partnered with a real estate investment firm that owns and manages multi-family apartment communities in markets across the United States. Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a Regional Property Manager to manage their Illinois and Texas properties, support Property Managers at the buildings, streamline operations, and maximize occupancy. Responsibilities: • Lead operations for a regional portfolio of multifamily properties across Illinois and Texas. • Drive occupancy, rent growth, and overall financial performance. • Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and develop action plans for underperforming assets. • Recruit, train, and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams to deliver results. • Ensure all properties meet company standards for maintenance, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction. • Oversee vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, and manage capital projects. • Present performance updates, forecasts, and business recommendations to ownership. • Support the integration of new acquisitions and assist with continued portfolio growth. Qualifications: • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in multifamily property management with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role. • Proven success leading high-performing teams and managing multi-site operations. • Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&L statements and budgets. • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
