Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst Locations: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract W2 Only Job Description: • Experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst • Capture Business Requirements and document user stories for all development activies • Facilitate and manage process design sessions as it relates to the development activity under this project. • Create user stories based on information collected through requirements gathering including documenting risks, dependencies, and impediments related to stories. • ITSM process specialist • Portal and HR process knowledgeable
