Duties and Responsibilities Precision Research & Market Mapping Map • Partner with executive recruiters and business leaders to shape search strategies, talent calibration sessions, and succession planning. • Conduct deep research to segment executive talent markets with accuracy. • Apply advanced Boolean and semantic strategies to uncover hidden talent. • Monitor competitor and industry shifts to surface high-potential candidates. AI-Driven Sourcing Innovation • Use AI to generate predictive insights on candidate career trajectories. • Automate resume ranking and funnel optimization using AI filters. • Deploy personalized AI-driven outreach engines to increase executive engagement. Pipeline Management & Recruiter Partnership • Deliver pre-vetted candidates that align with role scorecards. • Partner with recruiters weekly to refine pipelines and priorities. • Provide recruiters with contextual insights and positioning strategies.
