Responsible for powering Empower Pharmacy's hyper-growth by delivering precision-sourced executive pipelines that give the company a competitive advantage. This role transforms traditional sourcing into a data-driven, AI-enabled system that anticipates organizational needs and ensures recruiters focus only on advancing elite candidates. The specialist will leverage advanced Boolean strategies, predictive AI tools, and market intelligence to identify, vet, and deliver executives who meet Empower's high standards of regulatory rigor, leadership scale, and cultural alignment. By owning sourcing execution and integrating tightly with recruiters, this role ensures candidates are both highly qualified and positioned for immediate engagement. Duties and Responsibilities Precision Research & Market Mapping Map • Partner with executive recruiters and business leaders to shape search strategies, talent calibration sessions, and succession planning. • Conduct deep research to segment executive talent markets with accuracy. • Apply advanced Boolean and semantic strategies to uncover hidden talent. • Monitor competitor and industry shifts to surface high-potential candidates. AI-Driven Sourcing Innovation • Use AI to generate predictive insights on candidate career trajectories. • Automate resume ranking and funnel optimization using AI filters. • Deploy personalized AI-driven outreach engines to increase executive engagement. Pipeline Management & Recruiter Partnership • Deliver pre-vetted candidates that align with role scorecards. • Partner with recruiters weekly to refine pipelines and priorities. • Provide recruiters with contextual insights and positioning strategies. Operational Excellence & Speed • Track and report metrics on sourcing velocity, quality, and outcomes. • Maintain transparent, accurate records in ATS and sourcing trackers. • Consistently deliver pipelines ahead of organizational demand. Strategic Foundations & Execution • Engage deeply with senior manufacturing talent - plant heads, VP Ops, Quality, EHS, and Technical Services - translating technical complexity into executive opportunity narratives. • Build the sourcing function from the ground up (org design, systems). • Define priorities, goals, and execution metrics for sourcing. • Continuously refine systems to scale with Empower's growth trajectory. Knowledge and Skills • Demonstrated expertise in executive sourcing strategies, including Boolean logic, semantic search, and market mapping across complex industries. • Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI platforms to optimize candidate discovery, funnel management, and personalized outreach at scale. • Strong business acumen with ability to interpret competitor trends, regulatory landscapes, and leadership shifts into actionable sourcing strategies. • Proven capability to partner cross-functionally, translate recruiter feedback into agile adjustments, and deliver measurable pipeline impact under tight deadlines. Experience and Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in executive sourcing, talent intelligence, or recruiting operations within high-growth or complex industries. • Proven track record of building executive pipelines that accelerate hiring outcomes. • Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing platforms, CRM/ATS systems, and advanced search methodologies. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; advanced credentials in sourcing or talent strategy preferred.
