4-9 years of IT experience, ITILv4 certification (or ability to obtain), Windows desktop support experience, remote tools knowledge, and Public Trust Clearance.
Description: • Provide IT services to respond to customer needs, including Very Important Persons (VIPs) • Provide prompt referrals and escalations to appropriate IT support options • Support users of GSA’s internal infrastructure and applications • Process ticket management and resolution, including clear documentation • Provide technical assistance by resolving computer problems • Support hardware/software installation and configuration • Collaborate to identify and drive solutions for issues impacting GSA environment Requirements: • Public Trust Clearance (Or ability to obtain) • ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification, may be obtained within 120 days after hire. • Minimum of 4-9 years of work experience • One (1) year experience with Windows desktop support • Two (2) years experience working knowledge of remote tools • Experience supporting industry standard software products. • Experience as a remote worker demonstrating time management and self discipline. • Ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients.
