Job Description In this role, you can expect to: • Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making. • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights. • Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One Model. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in people and/or talent analytics. • Expertise in data visualization platforms such as One Model, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data insights clearly. • Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
