As a Warehouse Material Handler at Employbridge, you will be an integral part of our supply chain team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operations that meet our clients' needs. Role and Responsibilities: The Warehouse Material Handler will play a key role in assembling, stocking, and organizing product displays. Working collaboratively within a team, you will be responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing items for shipment. This position involves performing manual tasks, operating various tools, and managing inventory to support efficient warehouse operations. • Assist in assembling, stocking, and organizing materials like cardboard and plastic for product displays. • Use tools such as hot glue guns, staplers, and zip ties to securely assemble display materials. • Collaborate with the team to manage and operate a co-packing line. • Regularly lift and handle items up to 25 lbs, seeking assistance for heavier objects. • Operate shrink wrap machines and banders as needed. • Follow established safety protocols and work instructions to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. • Remain on your feet throughout the shift while completing physical tasks as necessary. • Participate in voluntary overtime when workload increases. • Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks, from inventory control to display assembly. Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs, with help for heavier loads. • Previous experience in a warehouse or physical labor environment is advantageous. • Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours) and work in a physically demanding setting. • Familiarity with basic tools such as staplers, glue guns, and zip ties. • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to follow instructions carefully. • Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as shrink wrap machines and banders. • Previous involvement in a co-packing line or assembly work. • Basic knowledge of inventory management and packing procedures.
