In this role, you will directly contribute to the company's mission by assisting with the organization, assembly, and shipping of materials. You will be working in a climate-controlled warehouse environment alongside a dedicated team to achieve production goals, while ensuring that safety and efficiency are top priorities. Role and Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Laborer, your main duties will involve organizing, assembling, and stocking store displays. You will focus on maintaining high standards of productivity and safety as you collaborate with the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations. • Assemble and stock display units using cardboard and plastic materials. • Use tools such as hot glue guns, staplers, and zip ties; operate shrink-wrapping machines and banders once trained. • Follow clear instructions and work effectively with colleagues on co-packing lines. • Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs regularly, with assistance for heavier loads. • Maintain a fast-paced work rhythm throughout your shift while ensuring safety protocols are followed. • Engage in physical activities like bending, reaching, and crouching, as needed by supervisors. • Safely operate light machinery and equipment after completing the required training. • Adhere to company dress code and warehouse operational guidelines. Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift). • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain safety standards. • Experience with basic warehouse tools and equipment is a plus. • Physical ability to lift, bend, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks as required. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly line setting. • Familiarity with shrink wrap machines and banding equipment. • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation.
