You will be helping to build, stock and put together store displays consisting of cardboard and/or plastic materials. Tools such as hot glue guns, staplers, zip ties may be used. Shrink wrap machine or a bander may also be used. Stand full 8hrs of shift Work as a team player on a co-pack line Follow instructions Lift up to 25 lbs on a consistent basis. *Anything over 25 lbs will be with assistance of another team member Possible VOLUNTARY overtime may be available if demand is high Two - 20 min PAID breaks and NO 30 min lunch. Microwaves, refrigerators and vending available for use Majority of building is climate-controlled!! Parking is very tight - please arrive 10-15 min prior to shift start to factor in parking. You may need to park in the back lot and walk around the building to enter. • **General Requirements*** This position includes the opportunity to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, and Short-Term Disability benefits, as well as a Retirement Plan. All Illinois crewmembers are also entitled to accrue and use paid time off. It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
