As a Warehouse Associate at Employbridge, you will play an essential role in our supply chain team, contributing to the timely and efficient operations that support our clients’ needs. Role and Responsibilities: The Warehouse Associate will assist in the assembly, stocking, and organizing of product displays. You will work as part of a team to ensure products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment. This role involves a variety of manual tasks, including operating tools and handling inventory, to meet the needs of the warehouse operations. • Assist with assembling, stocking, and organizing display materials such as cardboard and plastic. • Use tools such as hot glue guns, staplers, and zip ties to ensure display materials are securely assembled. • Work effectively in a team to manage and operate a co-pack line. • Lift and handle products up to 25 lbs regularly; heavier items will require assistance. • Operate shrink wrap machines or banders as needed. • Follow safety protocols and work instructions to maintain a safe and productive work environment. • Work on your feet for the entirety of the shift, performing physical tasks as required. • Participate in voluntary overtime when demand is high. • Ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks, from inventory management to display assembly. Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, with assistance for heavier loads. • Previous experience in a warehouse or physical labor environment is preferred. • Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours) and work in a physically demanding environment. • Familiarity with basic tools such as staplers, glue guns, and zip ties. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience operating warehouse machinery such as shrink wrap machines or banders. • Previous experience working on a co-pack line or in assembly. • Basic knowledge of inventory management and packing procedures.
