In this role, you will assist in the preparation, assembly, and distribution of materials. Working in a climate-controlled warehouse, you will work alongside your team to meet production goals while ensuring safety and efficiency are consistently maintained. Role and Responsibilities: As a Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in organizing, assembling, and stocking products for display. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining smooth warehouse operations by upholding high standards for safety, productivity, and teamwork. • Assemble and arrange display units using cardboard and plastic materials. • Utilize tools such as hot glue guns, staplers, and zip ties. After training, operate shrink-wrapping machines and banders. • Collaborate with team members on co-packing lines, adhering to clear instructions. • Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs regularly, with assistance for heavier items. • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety guidelines are followed. • Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and crouching as directed by supervisors. • Safely operate light machinery and equipment after receiving proper training. • Comply with company dress code and warehouse protocols at all times. Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain safety protocols. • Experience with basic warehouse tools and equipment is a plus. • Physical ability to lift, bend, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience working in a warehouse or assembly line environment. • Familiarity with shrink-wrap machines and banders. • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment handling.
