We’re looking for a Controls Engineer to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that thrives on tackling challenging projects across a variety of industries. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexible starting time between 7–8 a.m. One remote day per week Compensation: $80,000 for recent graduates $115,000-$120,000 for experienced professionals Your Role • Partner with customers to design and deliver custom control systems for machinery and process equipment • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion • Maintain clear communication with clients on project scope and milestones • Create detailed circuit designs using AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical • Specify components and prepare bills of materials (BOMs) • Develop and modify PLC programs tailored to each application • Design user-friendly HMI interfaces integrated with PLC logic • Perform system testing prior to shipment • Travel to customer sites for system installation, testing, and commissioning (up to 20%) • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and engineering standards • Collaborate closely with internal teams while working independently when needed What You’ll Bring • Hands-on experience programming Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems • Solid understanding of VFDs and motor control principles • Proficiency in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical (preferred) • Background in machine control system design • Strong communication and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE, BSME, or related field) • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% #nowhiring Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
