Now Hiring: Crown Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator (Joystick) - Pico Rivera, CA We are seeking a dependable and experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator with joystick control experience to join the team in Pico Rivera, CA. This is a full-time, long-term position, and candidates will be selected through interview and resume review. Pay & Schedule • Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE • Schedule: Monday-Friday • Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Full-time, weekly pay Job Duties • Operate stand-up reach forklift with joystick controls in a fast-paced warehouse • Load, unload, move, and stack pallets and materials • Pull and stage orders accurately • Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures • Assist with general warehouse tasks • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements • Valid OSHA forklift certification (required) • Recent stand-up reach forklift experience preferred • Must be able to operate the forklift during the hiring process; skills testing will be required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed • Strong understanding of warehouse safety • Reliable transportation and strong attendance • Ability to work independently and as part of a team #ZR Company DescriptionOur goal at Empire Workforce Solutions is to enrich people’s lives by connecting them with meaningful employment.
