Job Description Empire Automotive Group – Mazda Toyota of Green Brook NJ Position: Automotive Lube Express Technician Join a team that values your growth and expertise. Why You’ll Thrive Here: • Career development through ongoing training and certification • Clear career path to become A,B,C and Master Tech • Modern, well-equipped shop environment • Supportive team culture focused on excellence and integrity Your Daily Responsibilities: • Check and communicate oil levels to service team • Inspect and adjust tire pressure for optimal performance • Refill essential fluids and inspect levels as needed • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections • Replace oil drain plugs and install new oil filters • Clean and lubricate fittings to manufacturer specifications Qualities we’re looking for: • Experience at an automotive dealership. • Strong understanding of the service drive. • Years of experience vary per position. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination. • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Basic computer competencies. • Positive, friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively. • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications. • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
